At Sacred Hearts Club, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ve made our return and refund process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the item is in its original condition. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
  • The item is free from any signs of wear or damage.

Exclusions:

  • Final sale items (such as sale or clearance items) are non-returnable.
  • Items that have been altered or damaged after purchase cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve confirmed your return eligibility, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping your items back.

  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving an incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refunds

After your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Processing times for refunds can vary based on your bank or credit card provider, but typically, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the item(s) you prefer. Once we process your return, your refund will be issued for the original purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at SacredHearts.ca@Gmail.com or 587-784-7289. We will make it right by offering a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
